1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Connections Hints mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

4. LICENSE TO USE

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

Third-Party Rights

User-Generated Content

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or other content:

• You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content for improving our services
• You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit such content
• You waive any moral rights or attribution rights to such content
